Weird texture glitch

I started up my game this morning, but all of a sudden, my enemys have some sort of weird texture glitch. I re-installed the game but got no luck. Am I the only one and how can i fix this?

This is being caused by the system running out of memory. I'll update the game to 8.13 shortly with a reduction in memory usage that should resolve this problem.

8.13 is up now (your Steam should update to it soon if it hasn't already. There might be an extra delay on this build due to Steam's build deployment system being down at the moment). This should reduce memory requirements back to where they were with 8.10, but if your PC doesn't meet the min specs then you might still have problems.

Check the 'Low Performance' section here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/337320/discussions/2/483367798496797444/ for some ways to reduce system and graphics memory requirements and for tips on how to use your dedicated graphics card if your laptop has one.

If you still have this issue and had played previous versions of the game without problems let me know.
