Bingus on Discord,

No head shake personally apart from a brief few seconds initially loading into a map (low fps), my specs are higher than average however preventing this overall head shaking bug:

13700k
RTX 4090
32GB DDR4 3200Mhz
Installed on SSD rather than HDD

I suspect from everyone I spoke to on discord regarding this headshake bug do have fairly decent specs in some cases but clearly are not hitting the mark of consistency and fluidity the game currently requires. (so even on average recommended specs level pc's it is present)

People with lower specs are suffering even worse from this due to the low fps and how that appears when you are in the headset.

Can you please let me know if you've tried the 4 different steps in this thread? https://steamcommunity.com/app/337320/discussions/0/7128707542435522122/

I've tried the 4 steps and none of them are working, my specs are RX 6900 XT, i5-13600KF, 16gb ram and ssd. I'm running it on virtual desktop, and the jitter is much worse when I move my head around IRL, with a lot of screen tearing. The graphics setting doesn't change anything, running on lowest settings is the same as running on highest, the problem still persists.

Head shake issue here.
Quest 3 on official Oculus link cable
Intel 12700K
Nvidia 3070Ti
32GB RAM

Tried the 4 troubleshooting steps. No luck.
Tried some other things like increasing pre rendered frames for VR, lowering monitor resolution and refresh, disabling Gsync.
It's the same for me no matter how high or low graphics/refresh is.

Good luck! Amazing to play this in VR!

I am experiencing the head judder issue, only while in a game. Not in the menu.

Quest 2 on an official Oculus link cable
i7-9700
Nvidia 1660Ti
24GB RAM

Tried the troubleshooting tips, none worked.
Despite the head shake issue, it was still a load of fun to play. Looking forward to having this fixed!

I experience the wobble/shake in game, using a Quest 2 via link cable at 90 hz, oculus set as the OpenXR runtime.

5800x3d
4080 super
32 gb ram

Definitely isn't an issue with performance, framerate is stable, but when moving my head there's a noticeable mismatch between my head moving and what I'm seeing, almost feels like theres some extra physics being applied to where the head is or something, or its just not quite lined up

i7 - 13700KF
Nvidia RTX 4070
32GB RAM
Quest 3
Oculus Air Link - Bad jittering when turning
Virtual Desktop - Better, but still have a bit of jittering when turning

* Just realise got new update... will try that and feedback here.

Looking forward to finding out if it improved things for you or not.

Just tried it .. no more problem for me :happy_yeti:
Everything run smoothly. Thanks for the fix.
Using SteamVR Link in Quest 3
New update significantly reduced the head jitter I experienced in enemy-rich maps, from epilepsy inducing at launch to mildly irritating now. If y'all keep working on it, it should be entirely gone
