Beneath Noob Question - purchased heals x2 - how do i use them?

Above the coins there is " + x2 " but have no idea how to use these purchased heals. Cant find a list of keyboard/mouse commands. PLease help!

I'm assuming you actually mean a health boost. Those are passive skills that gives you a bigger health bar but it doesn't heal you.

Health will replenish you health bar upon purchase automatically.
