I agree, the devs hardly even update this

This game has already a workshop with player created mods.

They're levels and textures, by modding , i mean true modding that alters the game experience.

Imagine importing custom assets/props into levels. Sort of like the Ravenfield mod support

Modding would be cool cuz the devs just wont add NPCs using guns. Mod support would allow us to add features the devs can't add and this could be a whole new experience for PTTR, people could add such cool ideas to the game and this game could explode in popularity because we would be helping the devs add stuff and more and more people would wanna play so all they have to do is add modding for god sakes

Isn't mod support one of the more difficult things you could do in a game? It's much easier to allow people to use assets already in the game.

it will probably be added after the full release or maybe at the full release

No, you don't get it though, us fans know how to make game good, devs just take too long to make game but we know how to make game good.

Mod support easy, mods just click "support mods" button in Unity. Mods supported, game good now.

Yeah I get the feeling some people think mod support just takes no effort for devs.

Considering that mod support seems like something hard to do and also the fact that only 2 people develop this game, I'm going to say that they'd probably get to it around full release.

I agree, I can't wait for a total overhaul of Beneath or something

Its very easy to implement, you just let players manipulate certain assets to be modified or added for personal use

People can already make their own assets, it isn't as easy for other things like enemy behavior or how the game works in general, which I would have to assume is what people mean by modding since custom models is already a thing.

if you've ever used the editor you'd know custom models aren't an official thing. By modding we mean importing these models and other such stuff in a supported capacity

I want to see modding as in 'mod creators' can add or virtually create anything to this game limits, custom weapons, custom npcs with possible special abilities . Anything, exactly like GMOD. Devs should work towards that instead of official content because that

1. takes too much time
2. demand to high
3. players wont have a reason to complain

Exactly like gmod? I think you are expecting way too much.
