Just follow the blue arrow on your compass, should be pretty easy to get to the trader, then leave before the pursuer arrives.

1. Can't do, sorry
2. They're just a floating grim reaper looking thing that just floats at you, it's very easy to outrun though.
3. Nope, can't be killed or even hurt, any attacks phase through it. Infact they just float to you, and if they even touch you, you get insta-killed. (He don't have an attack at all, just insta kills you.)

If you wanna see this fella for sure, just wait around the start of level 1 at the elevator. After about 8 minutes the boi shows up and comes to you (which takes him a minute or two to reach you if you're at the elevator.)
