'Follow the leader' Choice toggle?

I don't know if I'm overlooking anything, but was wondering if there was some way to make it so that when one of us chooses a choice on card effects, it'll just keep the game going instead of having all of us need to click the choice to keep it going?
I'm not sure when you've got multiple people, but when you have only 2 people but a lot of trigger effects, it can be nice if only one person has to choose the 'choose for me' button or a character, etc. Would be cool if only one of us, or the room leader is the only person who has to make a choice.
