Weekly One Shots - How do you get "Mint"

HI, I am new to the digital version of the game.. I played one of the weekly challenged and got "Near Mint" and then another and go "Good". I assume "Mint" is full stars?

What are the requirements for the various levels

What is the list of levels?

Mint - Beat the challenge on the first try, no rewinding allowed in the original week it released.
Near Mint - Beat the challenge on the first try with rewinds, or beat it on the second attempt in the original week it released.
Fine - Beat the challenge after more than 2 tries within the original week it released.
Good - Beat the challenge after the original release week is over.

oh... so you can never get mint unless you win on the active week and no rewinds... but you can still get Near Mint if you play a 2nd attempt with rewinds or not in that same week...

and for all the issues that came before I got the game, I can never get better than good no matter what?
