But i can definatley see how going back to fix the art and misprints can lead to tweaking things here and there a bit... because you know the original stuff isn't as "strong" as it used to be... and this over here would work better if we did this... etc.
The only one I saw so far 'fixed damage' was welcomed : I didn't like my Legacy to get 4 or 5 damage from it just because he boosted his allies.
The real question I'm asking so soon is ... What will happen with the videogame.
Will we have the new version ?... If so will it coexist or replace the old ?
It'd be up to Handelabra to figure out what they want to do, but I'd say there's enough changes it might have to be an actual full-on DLC.
i think a good solution would be have an in-game option to select old or new cards effects/text/rules
And an DLC to select old or new card art.
that would be good for all players i guess....
There's been some more previews posted here: https://old.reddit.com/r/sentinelsmultiverse/comments/l7g2ls/definitive_edition_cards_posted_on_the_discord/ which show what I mean.
That said, I expect the proposed compatibility doodad might give us a better idea of how the digital version could implement DE stuff.
You should also keep an eye on Adam's Twitter where he's been posting new previews every weekday: https://twitter.com/GtGAdam

EDIT: Hot damn, getting to see the thumbnail for the video, I have to agree, I really love that new logo. :D
