Generally, team villain unlocks do not work or are harder, but since Biomancer's Argent Adept Flesh childe is wielding the Dark Conductor's baton, he might be involved.

Well, seems the Wiki doesn't have any story for us to work off of to get ther unlock. All we have are the Wiki notes from the Letters Page episode. The most that we know about Dark Conductor Argent Adept is that he obtained the Rose Baton from a much... darker Virtuoso of the Void, specifically "the German Franz Vogel - the Crimson Conductor who had a baton covered in thorns, representing the darkness within him and his lust for more power. He did a dangerous thing - mixing Void power with Blood Magic." Argent Adept ends up obtaining the Baton from one of Biomancer's fleshchildren, specifically the Carbon Adept: "After fighting Biomancer and the Carbon Adept, AA gets the baton and finds it's a real 'instrument', but it changes him."

Considering how there is Blood Magic involved with the thorn, I have a feeling the environment required for the unlock might have something to do with the Court of Blood environment. As for what we have to do, that is a good question...

Vogel "mixed Void power with blood magic", due to the influence of Akash'Bhuta, stealing the power of other potential Virtuosos of the Void. Also, "after fighting Biomancer and the Carbon Adept, AA gets the baton and finds it's a real "instrument", but it changes him." I think Biomancer is likely required, but if not, Akash and the Court of Blood are promising leads, too.

Random game against Omnitron on Tyme Cataclism.

Played all of Adept Argent instruments. Activated all of his instruments in a single turn. Then destroyed all of his instruments via Omnitron X then won te game. No unlock.

Just to be thorough with Tskami and Ashcarr's idea, I played AA, Tempest, Fixer, Expat, and Chrono vs villain team including Baron Blade and Biomancer. Killed each Clone with its counterpart and defeated all of biomancer's clones at least once.

This may be out of left field, but there is one more blood-mage out there. Lifeline is explicitly a bloodmage (to the point of having a variant named that), so perhaps Deadline may be of use?

I beat Akash in Court of Blood with AA dealing the final blow being it infernal damage,hallowed hollow was also in play. No unlock

Things I tried

I had AA destroy the Carbon Adept with Cedistic Dissonant
At the end of the game Carbon Adept was still in play(He came out a second time)
AA delivered the final blow to Biomance and Biomancer was the last Villian standing.

My original goal was to CD the Carbon adapt and then have AA do the final blow to Biomancer on AA turns but that proved tricky since Biomancer came right before him and would heal up slightly. I ended up taking him out on Scholars turn with AA using Proverbs.
