New Infinite-damage Guise combo!
So, with some of the buzz around Oblivaeon, dealing with such an awesome foe got me thinking of how to cheese the game to beat him while his shield's still up. While doing so, I think I may have stumbled on another way to do infinite damage , without a horrific amount of setup of sacrificing anyone afterwards:

Setting the stage: Need to be AZ, Visianary, Guise, and Scholar. Guise needs to be base, rest don't matter. Guise needs to not be at full health, AZ needs null-point, Scholar needs two Mortal Form to Energy out, and Guise needs at least one Twist the Aether on him. Guise needs Let me See That and Uh Yeah I'm That Guy in his hand

Getting started: Guise plays Let Me Se That... to snatch AZ's Null-Point. Then, he uses his power to play Uh, Yeah, I'm that Guy on The Scholar. When his power lets him do damage, he directs it at himself, and turns it to cold. His stolen Null-point will heal him. Then, his duplicated Form to Energy will let him do damage twice. If he can direct one back at himself and turn it to cold to heal himself, setting off the cycle anew. If he would be at full health, he can just direct the first instance of damage to genuinely hurt himself, before healing himself again with the second.

Now, guise is nothing new to infinite damage abuse, and this requires a bit more work to get out than the simpler f5 Wraith+I can Do That+ Critical Multiplier combo. However, this has an interesting advantage that it's actually something you can pull off in the digital version right now, as well relatively easily scaling upwards without risk (as, until the start of Guise's next turn, you can re-initiate the loop any time he can deal damage while he's not at full health; which is a bit easier than getting an extra card draw for wraith or guise, than a damage by someone). add damage boosts to get past appropriate DR levels as need be (i.e, Solid to Liquid on Scholar, another Twist the Aether, a Legacy with either Inspiring Prescence, Galvinize, or both).

This is similar one that can be done in the video game too with Xtreme Prime Wardens Haka and the Scholar. He needs at least two copies of Mortal Form to Energy out. Copy the Ongoings of Scholar with Uh,Yeah, I'm That Guy! and copy the Die Hard power through I Can Do That Too! targeting any hero without DR. Then hit that hero targeted by Die Hard with Guise which will be redirected to Guise who will heal. Use one instance of damage on any target and then the second instance in the hero targeted by Die Hard. As long as you do this you have infinite damage. To speed up the damage Scholar would need a third Mortal Form to Energy and multiple Solid to Liquid in play.

Huh. Weird that one hadn't come to mind, despite that I had considered something similar as a draw engine (Give an extra power/card play for Gritty Reboot with only one Form to Energy, repeatedly punch self in face for cards). Is a lot easier to set up, to boot. Well played.

There's also always the solo Guise infinite too, in which you have your whole deck in your hand, then spam Best Card and Where Did I Leave that off Selling Out, then Retcon your Selling Out on the third play into another Selling Out.

Yep I’ve seen that one explained. Much harder to pull off unless you have some major card draw.

Once Guise heals to max hit points, does it end?

No.
For mine, healing to full would trigger the emulated Form to Energies, so you could just direct the first towards damaging yourself with non-cold, while the second heals you via damaging with cold to re-trigger the loop.
For Powerhound's improved version, the healing only triggers upon taking damage in a specific way, so you'll always have damage when the healing occurs.
For Guise's inherent infinite, the limit to looping that is ability to draw the cards it uses up from the trash, which is why you need your whole deck in hand (or in play) for it to work.
