anyone else unable to get the ticket for the ferris wheel? i've reset the chapter three times and STILL haven't been able to get the tickets with the coins provided. is it RNG or a skill issue

Here is a list of all the coins that you can grab to win the ticket: -1 on the floor next to the gumball machine
-1 on the side of the eliot and ella hockey
-1 on the panel of the red arcade machine
-5 if you use the hammer from test your strength on the turned over coins machine
-5 if you beat the high-score on the whack a rory
-5 if you beat the eliot's adventure arcade
It should give more coins sometimes as they fall down on the coins machine, but if that's not enough there is a skip to go into the ferris wheel without a ticket
