What is mess with lip sync?

i am the only one who have notice a doesn't good lip sync? specialli in Praga Night first dialogue i hear the dialogue but the lip doesn't sync with the dialogue.

Bug?

Deus Ex has been knows since Human Revolution to have that ''feature''. It's just how the game was made...the wooden animations during dialog along with terrible lip sync.

I once spoke to a guy in the train station but he had a woman's voice. When I clicked on him, it switched back to a man's voice.

When I watched TV at the start of the game, Eliza and the other guy's lines were completely out of sync.

Also, Adam and Sarif seemed to say something and gesture slightly before and sometimes after the next person spoke.

There's even a screenshot I have of clipping issues in the station scene.

They clipped through each other as well, not just Adam and Alex, and no-one even tried to move aside. It's like they were all holograms.
