anyone encountered achievement bugs?

I found that some of the achievements are not working, but can't even find a answer on google... Am I the only one had the problem?
Bugged achievements I encountered:
a heated combination - tried several times, not working
the jack of all augments - now i have unlocked every skill and just several points to a fully upgrade, not working
between technology and the divine - tried once with a reload save in original walkthrough(now i'm playing a game+), not worked

is there a solution, or even anyone also had such problems?

Jack of all augments won't unlock for me, also the golden rookery. Real pita that last 1

when you fail to earn an achievement, i would not call it a 'bug'. just try again

Combat related achievements may need several tries. This is because NPC need to be fully "Hostile" to be considered as Enemies. Please try again!

For Jack of all Augments, make SURE you don't have a "0/X" (X being the maximum of skill points you can invest in the related perk) ratio for every skill. ALSO make sure you picked a lethal or non-lethal method for the TYPHOON skill in your NG+, even it's already green colored.

For Between technology and the Divine, this is very odd indeed. I guess you correctly picked those dialog options in this order; "TURN TABLES --- PATRONIZE --- JUSTIFY --- TURN TABLES"?

now problems were solved，typhoon got me indeed，for others i did all things right，just have to try more times，took quite lot of time

if the achievement is complicated(like foxiest)，i won't say a thing，but for those simple ones(heated combination)，there is definitely something wrong.
