As for credit, I can only guess this might be a bug but one of the police officers in the Palisade train station keeps waking up with a new battle rifle each time I knockout him out toss him into a storage room. Upon reloading into the area I would always find that officer awake, out of the storage room, and holding a new battle rifle.
