Anyone know what would be best chronological order to play these DLC tidbits? Can I access it from the main story? And are they all after the events of MD or during? I would like to tackle a few of them in proper order.

no the dlc are seperate you can play them from main menu/jensen story. there are before and after the events of the main game. but dont get your hopes high their quit short played all 3 in lkess then 4 hours

Crimininal past takes place 6 months before the main game. System rift takes place at an unspecified time after the main game. Desperate measures technically takes part between the Samizdat quest and going to the bombed train station.

Well you can play Criminal Past first if you want it chronological but Im told its the hardest content by a long shot.

It is. The optional challenge of not using augs and taking the constant vision glitches is difficult, especially if you decide to not fully side with the inmates, which turns the entire second half of the game to a purely hostile zone.

[Chiff]

Criminal Past actually takes place after the main game, but then flashing back to the past. If you play it before completing the main game it might spoil the ending.
