Demo was sweet
Wishlisted from a Reddit ad, the demo looks promising!

nitpicks: the laser cannon's recharge time isn't super noticeable since it's to the side, you'll probably need an indicator that it's not ready to fire. maybe the aiming triangle can turn red or gray.

Perhaps the "boost" mode could use some more wooshy effects and particles going by to make you feel the speed, since it's easy to feel you're not going anywhere if you're far from land. But wouldn't want too many such distractions on my screen in combat, so that's a tentative suggestion.

and, well, nothing else so far. The ship's handling is smooth and so are the weapons, I like the voice acting and 2d art, the 3d art is very streamlined, but still a good looking base. I managed to head to the points of interest, return the ring, battle the ship and reach the end without getting lost.

I wanted to complain that I snuck past the castle gate without talking to them just to push the limits, and no one called me out on it, but then I found out that wasn't even the forbidden zone :P

As a gut feeling, I bet your biggest risk with this game is it might get "too short" reviews if there's not enough content in the final version. Good luck with it

Thankyou for the comprehensive feedback! We have received a lot of comments about the boost where people where disappointed about the lack of power it had so our designer has now spent the last weeks balancing it and making it more meaningful! As for the rest of points very valid and I have added them to our backlog! The game is not a super long game but it does have quite a bit more content than the demo suggests. We are finishing now some details of the city system and the ship upgrade system and will make a big announcement once we have them so you all can see more of what the game is about!
