thanks will have a look the arrow come up like you should shoot at them but nothing happens and they keep shooting you and you always lose

I think you need to switch to shooting mode, i don't remember, does this game use Ctrl for that

use older model steering wheel and getting the action keys to stay locked is an issue , thought that whatyou do will have to set up keys better to shoot them thanks , it a great game got it for 3.99 what a deal

for this event you have to hold them in place , or just survive the shooting so what i did was go ahead to finsih and wait for limo to arrive and some how i won strange game

Use Space to arm yourself and shoot. This only applies to the second guy you have to catch; the first one, you have to do a PIT manoveure, the third you have to completely scrap him.

Or you can play it safe and type in "johnwayne", then "eatlead" whilst dawdling in the pause menu. Then you can roam around with what's basically a machine pistol. Just don't hit the limousine.

Solved it without cheats

The first car it points at, you have to spin it and just HOLD HIM IN PLACE. That's what that "hand" icon says.

Second car it highlights, show it until it goes boom.

Third car you have to hit it until it goes 100% damaged. Preferably before you go kaboom yourself. That means you need to do more than just spin him, but rather, spin him into a wall, AND traffic, AND you. Bump him a few times and when it goes 100% you win.
