Hey Kingsguard!
Base stats have been tweaked for each item, and rarity of the item will now determine how much said base stats will scale, with Common items receiving base values, and Legendary items receiving +60% on base values.
This means that a shortsword, for example, with a base of 25 STR will receive a +15, making it 40 STR at Legendary rarity.

Additionally, as you can see in the above images, each stat roll will have it's own randomly selected tier, ranging from 1-5. Each tier has progressively higher possible values, but are consequentially more rare. In the above image, There were 3 stat rolls, with one receiving the lowest tier, T1. There is one T2, and one T3. Each tier has a range of bonuses that can be awarded, with the caps increasing with each tier.

I think this is a step in the right direction toward making loot more exciting, while also adding a bit more RNG to keep things interesting.
