50 VIG
30 END
10 VIT
50 STR
40 DEX
And enough ADP+ATTN for either 99 or 105 Agility. Your SL is so high, that you can easely go for 105 AGL with like 20 levels to spare, depending on starting class.
FTH/INT doesn't really matter. Enough for whatever utility spell you might wanna tech into your build, like "Dark Weapon" perhaps.
Yorgh's Spear is a "pseudo quality" weapon. Quality build means both high STR and high DEX and while Yhorg's has high STR&DEX requirements, DEX scaling is actually worse in DS2, so B-scaling in both STR/DEX will give better scaling with STR. It's not really worth infusing.
As for rings: Ring of Blades+2 + Flynn's Ring + Old Leo Ring and either Third Dragon Ring or Life Ring+3.
Infusing with elements makes the STR&DEX scaling (and dmg from Ring of Blades) worse and even removes some physical base damage. At the build provided, you'd trade physical damage with elemental damage almost 1-for-1, which isn't good, because elemental damage is resisted more especially compared to thrust-type physical damage. Resistances against elemental damage is entirely %-based in DS2 and everything including you has at least 10% elemental damage resistance. Most enemies have around 30%, depending on the element.[darksouls2.wikidot.com]
Speaking of which, Yorgh's Spear reduces all your elemental defenses by 70, which is 7% more damage. It adds status-resistances in return but it's not too useful most of the time. Just a heads up.
