White Loyce Knight is attacking me

Hi,

I'm going to fight the Burnt Ivory King, so i'm searching for the Loyce Knights. I found one before the White Covetous demon.

He's friendly and follow me for a while. But he's attacking for no apparent reason all the time.
Seriously, what the heck? I can't even talk to him, i bowed when i found him, and that's all. Please, Is there something i'm (not) supposed to do? (Like going further in the White Covetous demon area).

That bastard just backstabbed me and i lost 30k souls because of him.

Maldron claims another soul... The loyce knights don't follow you; they simply teleport away when you free them.

He's wearing the Alva set, isn't he? EDIT: It's the Alva helm with the Royal Swordsman's set. My mistake.

In any case, the white phantom NPC you run into will backstab you after you pull the lever. Or he'll attempt to run to the White Covetous Demon after you beat on him some. I suggest not pulling the lever so he has nowhere to run and no enemies to figh alongside. He corners himself a few times while he's running away, too.

I pulled the lever and he rushed to the covetous demon. Ellie's IA was so messed up, nothing is not surprising me anymore, i thought i was normal.

I don't think you knew what a loyce knight look like lol. It's impossible to get the two confused no matter how much time passed.

Yeah, the Lloyce Knights look like Ruin Sentinels. Only with more normal proportions and more intricate, silver armor. They're still rather large, like most things in the Souls games.
