what to do after old iron king
killed that diablo. talked with bonfire dude.
teleported to room with 8 graves and near doors i getting message. closed.
so what to do next?

That is the Start of the Old Iron King DLC.
You can get the key by..
Unlocking the door by the Last Giant boss room (with the Iron Key found at the beginning of Iron Keep) and grabbing it off the ground near the Salamander in the distance.

Alternatively you could go back to Majula and either find a way down the pit or unpetrify the woman near Bernhart of Jugo.
