dark souls 2 scholar of the first sin fast travel doesn't work

after a couple of hours in drangleic castle with pvp I decided to go back and lvl i managed to get there but when I wanted to head back all the bonfire in the castle and above was greyed out and the names were replaced "???" im so confused any help would great

Do you need to download and install the new patch? If you've already done so, perhaps do a verify of the game files.

Well run there from shaded woods and see what happens I guess.

Oh once you reach that point in the game, you can now see all the bonfires that exist but haven't discovered yet. You just need to scroll up. Those are all the DLC bonfires.

This happens when you speak to the queen. Every area and bonfire gets added to your fast travel list so you can see how many you have missed.

not that really needed... I can imagine someone having a worse reaction and deleting their file because of that

Yeah maybe if you have no impulse control whatsoever. "Oh no, my bonfire list looks different, I guess I'll delete my save instead of trying to scoll up in the lit!"
