Benhart holds a replica version with absolutely no connection to the real one, passed down through his family. The real one's from the boss soul.
Although Benhart's sword is really chunky compared to the sleek real version. But the Bluemoon on a Flynn build hits like an absolute truck, so it's not that bad despite having bad durability.
I mentioned it had the potential to be really great in my post earlier. It used to be my go-to weapon on my flynn build, comboing for upwards of 2000+ damage with absolute ease. A bit bad on the durability side, but it just means that you have to be more careful.
