Solo Twin Pursuers in SOTFS - EASY MODE May 2015

Hey there,

I thought I'd share the good news - let me know if it helps. I was looking for an wasy way to solo the twin Pursuers in Drangleic castle in Scholar of the first sin. The old trick with having one curse you with the sword does not work (anymore?) but I just found a way to do 1on1 with these guys. Maybe it is known already, but maybe not :)

It worked for me in 90% of all attempts (took me a while because I am only level 200 and on NG4). Tested on the latest patch/version as of May 3rd 2015.

The trick is basically to engage them in battle (walk into the room until they appear), wait for them to attack or charge and roll out/leave the room while one of them is in the middle of a combo or attack. You will notice that the other guy which was not attacking starts to disappear and does not attack anymore. Then quickly rush back in and start attacking the other one. He will usually attack back and not disappear.

In ~10% of all cases I failed to keep one of them because I rolled out too far or while they were both idle or not actively attacking me (then they just both disappear). Don't go out too far. They usually stop when you just leave the room. And make sure one of them is starting an attack or combo before you trick them.

Then solo one of them (trick works for either one, no matter which), back to bonfire and kill the other guy. Good luck!
