Strong attack doesn't work!

I'm playing using mouse+keyboard combo and can't perform strong attack at all. Mouse and key button are not responsive. I tried rebinding them, but to no avail; character simply do not perform a strong attack (so jump attack is also out of the question). I didn't have this problem with normal DS II. Am I missing something? Did anyone have this problem?

You need to double click with the mouse or tap G. (Default controls) It can be frustrating at times and I definitely understand your pain as I use my mouse&keyboard for Dark Souls as well.

Thx for the replay but that's not the issue here. I just swapped my sword and shield between hands (weapon to the left and shield to the right) (made my char a left - handed) and now I can perform all my actions with my left hand but with right one - only shielding myself (normal attack) but can't attack with a shield. So it comes down to that my game won't let me do strong attack with my right hand (left hand works just fine as stated above). I know it sounds crazy but I tried this with mouse, keybord key, then tried rebinding keys and it didn't help. When I try to strong attack with right hand (be it with mouse of keyboard) my char just stays still and don't respond. Any ideas? :-)

Did you try to swap the bindings of the left hand with the right hand? Does it still not work?

I don't recommend using the sword in the left and shield in the right. If I remember correctly, the game actually hates lefthanded styles. You not only do less damage, I don't even think you can parry with the right hand.
