You could farm it from pyro lady in Earthen Peak or Drangleic Castle, although both area are kinda mid game, just want to point you where you could farm it.

Yes but the drop Chance is really Bad, in ds2 My character have 6 complete sets

Is not perv(much), also has decently good defenses...though black witch is better...but it cna pull it's own weight....

Eh..partially true...but i like it for it's poison and elemental resistances, until I get the black witch set....
