i killed him by accident and i revived him at his tomb i freed the girl and he saied that will help me but i wonder if as a ghost he can be summoned anyway

Bonfire Ascetics DO NOT work. His tombstone appears after some hours normally (real hours). You screwed up. That's all there is. Ascetics work on enemies in the area, but this will carry on to NG+. Just start over already.

so at the end i made all the way to gargoyle and i wonder how much difficoult will be the game without summoning hm so i can decide what to do

It won't be. The only boss fight in the entire game, where you can't summon other players, where he is the npc summon, you have the choice of another npc summon to take his place (and you can only take one npc summon with you anyway).

Gargoyles are optional. And you can summon Masterless Glancour instead. He is pretty tough and does decent damage. You can find his summon sign after the first set of stairs below the second set of stairs before you go up to the fog door.
