Lucatiel missing in Black Gulch

I could have sworn this was a location where they moved her but I can't find anything on it. I know where she's at in the normal version of Dark Souls 2, but when I go there to speak with her, she's just missing. I spoke with her in No-Man's Wharf and again in the Lost Bastille, but I think I missed her new location in Earthean Peak. I'm assuming I need to respawn that area to meet with her there in order for her to appear in Black Gulch?

If that's the case, I only have one Ascetic to burn. Would I burn it in the Lower Earthean Peak bonfire, or does it need to be in the second Harvest Valley bonfire?

I didn't bother looking for her, since I missed her at new spot in Earthen Peak. If I were to guess, I would say down in the Giants Room, but that's just a guess.

You'll need to exhaust her dialogue in her new location in Harvest Valley/Lower Earthen Peak. Her new location is much easier to reach once the poison pools have been lowered from the windmill.

Her location in Black Gulch is the same as it was in the original release.

Lucatiel will be in that area above the poison pool that you have to jump on from the ledge or stairs that lead to Covetous Demon.

New Earthen Peak

Ok I'm an idiot and never exhausted her dialog in Lost bastille, it turns out. Which is odd, I know I talked to her and I thought I grabbed the key out of the chest, but I guess I didn't.

She's just disappeared for me.

I've checked her in Bastile, checked in No Man's Warf and checked for her in Black Gulch. She's no where. =/ Didn't even see her as a companion.

There's 4 areas you can see her, right? 1st is Bastile, 2nd is No Man's Warf, 3rd is Harvest Valley/Earthen Peak and 4th is Black Gulch?

Pretty sure the first is No-Man's Wharf, then she moves along in the order you described. In Scholar of the First Sin, her location in the Wharf has changed. I'm not quite sure how to describe where she's at now, but you should be able to easily find a guide online pointing towards her new location. Her location in Earthen Peak has changed as well.

Can't speak to where she is in Black Gulch cause I murdered her in Earthan so I could get her sick sword.

I'm positive you missed her new location in the Wharf and need to exhaust her dialog there before she moves on to the Bastille.

There no first fixed, you can met her in Lost Bats first or No Man first, its does not matter.

My game progress, I met her in LB first then go No Man second and Earthen Peak 3rd then final one at Black Gulch before farewell at Aldia entrance.

Aldia's entrance? I think I missed that one.. Might have to run by it again.

I definitely got her in LB, NMW and Earthen Peak. I was surprised to see her in my playthrough up the stairs in No man's warf and not at the bonfire. Earthen Peak she's just past the poison path. I spoke with her there for sure too. I'll go check Aldia's entrance for her!
