Ugh... damn. Just jump to the fire lizards at the Forest of Fallen Giant. Key is on the corpse that contains Rame's shield.

When you go down the elevator to that last giant boss area there is door with hollow guarding it that door leads you to room with fire lizard, kill him and then there is another one near the corpse with heavy iron key.
