So here's my review of the Ice Rapier after trying it for a bit!

It's a waste of Twinkling Titanite in my opinion! The damage is 10 less than a standard rapier but requires 13 strength (only 5 for the Rapier).
The spell cast is very unlikely to hit the opponent and the damage isn't really good. Overall its damage output seems even inferior to a standard Rapier :/
Looking forward to the Espada Ropera now ... my poor twinks ;/

Er.. ice rapier can hit 800+dmg easelly. Just hit with projectile AND blade. It could be even over 1k

True. Unless something has changed drastically the Ice Rapier is an awesome weapon and if you infuse it with magic, buff it with CMW while wearing the magic clutch ring and have the r2 special hit them with the end of the sword too you'll destroy your attacker with around 1500 damage.

Actually I only use a DEX build with no INT, in this situation the weapon sucks then

This review probably won't hold any value though considering that it is general knowledge by now that the top 3 weapons in game for PvP are - Warped Sword, Chaos Blade, and Ice Rapier.

It really is lol. You can probably make a poll out of it right now and toss in 20 different weapons, those 3 will have the highest amount of votes.

Unless you're talking about the value part, well I guess that could be based on who's reading it. The majority already have a good idea of how strong the ice rapier is though. Espada is also a good option, it's considered the strongest "balanced/fair" rapier right now. Ice Rapier is considered the strongest rapier in general. By "strongest", it doesn't mean pure damage. It takes everything into account from speed, tracking, moveset, range, damage, weight(to a lesser extent), and unique/special ability if there is one. If it excels in many of those aspects, it'll start being called "OP".

Again, this however can be determined differently depending on who's reading it. Not very many people however will have any trouble reaching 13 str however. I guess in the grand scheme of things, no you did not waste your twinkling titanites.
