You might (never actually tried this) be able to use a Bonfire ascetic on the first bonfire at Brightstone Cove (the camp area), which should respawn the Congregation, who are probably the easiest boss in the game.
LGK isn't too much harder from NG to NG+ difficulty either, moreso if you go offline (that way you'll get an NPC drone summon rather than the chance of a player summon).
Giant Lord isn't bad at all, but I found Benhart goes a bit Leeroy and runs in as soon as he gets in range, and doesn't move too much from the stomps, so you'll need to kill him faster than Benhart dies.
To actually get the armor, you'll need to have exhauxted Benhart's dialogue in each of his 'passive' locations (before Shaded Woods, at Drangleic Castle after the duo Dragonriders, and before the Giant Memory after the Persuer boss location), and speak to Benhart inside that Giant Memory. As above, I *think* you'll need to summon him for Giant Lord either way.
You can get the helm from Drummond without summoning him, or you can Escetic the bonfire anyway (amazing source of soul farming right here).
I'm not sure if you need to exhaust Benhart's dialogue inside the memory before having summoned him 3 times, since I tend to make NPCs exhaust their dialogue anyway out of habit.
Don't want to get sin or w/e its called :P Crown of the Sunken King was quite hard to say the least lol, at my level anyways.. luckily I got as much help as possible.
Not sure how this is going pan out though. If someone has any input how I should go about this after Elana (if I can even summon Benhart there) It would be greatly appreciated
also if you use an bonfire ascetic befor these bosses theyll be back n benhards summon sign too. killing the same boss triple does count too
I deafeted Elana, Squalid Queen with Benhart and he lived lol, made my way to Dragon Shrine got the key that should lead to the Giant Lord.
So I must talk to him in Memory of Orro and complete the Memory of Orro, head over to Memory of Jeigh kill the Giant Lord with good ol Benhart and lastly summon him for Queen Nashandra.
If all this work, where do I go after all this to collect the reward from him?
Elana, Squalid Queen
Giant Lord
Queen Nashandra (in my run through he lived after killing her, when Aldia spawned I suicided edge to see if he'd let me complete the quest)
