Does the summoning in Aldias Keep by lighten the torches count or only invades from him?
Since I mostly finished the main game and only search for secrets or other loot, will he also spawn in the DLCs, if he won't invade me in the main locations?
What increases the chance of an invasion? I know that if you're human the chance is higher to get invaded? Dried Finger sets the invasion timer back and the ring of the blood covenant also increases the chance of an invasion. Is there more?
Second bonfire shrine of amana -> spawns with the scynthe!
First bonfire Forest of the Giants -> run around that tree, if he doesn't show up use the feather and try again. Also if you use a bonfire astetic he will spawn again! Repeat. Do it offline and make a backup of your game, for the case he doesn't show up. I used a bonfire ascetic, walked there, killed him, used another bonfire astetic. (The tree where the heide knight is in the old DS2)
His spawns are in some way player specific, so you should have the backup in case he doesn't show up, so you didn't waste a bonfire ascetic.
One way to 100% spawn forlorn is to burn an astetic at the first bonfire in the huntsman copse. Go to the two sickle wielding undead and kill them both. Forlorn spawns right after that, but this one always wields the greatsword.
