Where's the Estus Shard in Forest of Fallen Giants?

Apparantly it used to be in the room above the merchant by the second bonfire just before the boss but its not there now. Was watching a YouTube video and somehow this person had 4 Estus Flasks already! I've only been able one shard so far and that was in Majula.

I've only beat the first boss, the Giant, and i have 4 flask too... they added some shards around; one that wasn't there before, if i'm not mistaken, is in the terrace where you first meet the Pursuer

Still got one in the majula well (the one next to the mansion, not the pit.

The majority of Estus shards and Sublime Bone Dusts have been moved. I have all but one of each but I just happened upon them and can't remember exactly where they all are.

I found a shard up the ladder in that wide area where the Pursuer flies in. There's more enemies and items lying around there, too.

Sublime bone dusts are protected by Syan knights, thats how you know they are around. as for Shards they are jut all over the place now.

Most shards and dust are behind statues now; others are moved into obscure places inside iron chests.

From really tried to separate the player from the upgrades this time around.

Thanks for the tips! I guess I'll head back into the forest to do a deeper pass. Now that I've got a +4 Fire Longsword I should be able to 2-shot most everything there.
