Report a translation problem
As opposed to the original 360 and PS3 versions of the game which I believe ran at 30 like Dark Souls 1, can not confirm.
Also, try not to hit dead enemies, it absolutely wrecks your durability (especially at 60FPS).
I haven't had any durability issues so far, and I'm using a rapier and run 60FPS. Place your hits more carefully, don't button mash, and be especially careful during coop (hitting the host or a phantom destroys durability as well).
