Early lightning enchant??

Hey, so I spent a lot of time in the Bastille this time, clearing all the pursuers and helping others and such and we got invaded a lot which was fun but the thing is half of the invaders seem to regularly be using lightning weapon enchants.... I remember the lightning weap enchant being really late in the game, in that area after Drangleic Castle, how are they doing this so early? Can they buy a lot of resin? or is there a new location now? I'd seriously consider an early faith build too if I had that for PvP.

AGAPE RING + early dull ember (its not in the iron keep anymore) + 1 branch of yore to get to shaded woods + 1 bolt stone (targay)/30 FTH for SLB = gg new players

Yeah I know how to make a lightning weapon but they are applying a visible lightning buff that looks like the sunlight blade buff. I'm already STR built so I want to keep high end STR scaling but if I could build enough faith for the buff well... that would be pretty OP... maybe they are just using resin then?

it could be just resin, but with agape ring you can get easly the lvl necessary for the buff, without pushing your sm to much

did they use a chime, or did they hold their weapons horizontal with their hand sliding over the blade?

But how do they get the buff so close to the beginning of the game? I'm yet to kill the sinner...

If I remember well, Vengarl sell an unlimited amount of resine in Shaded Wood

that requires alot of souls and then they would be out of range. chances are they used agape ring and grabbed SLB

You can get a boltstone for a silky smooth stone.

Agape Ring + draw shade signs = get tons of silky smooth stone. The gifts at the nest are random but you can get lot of stones for infuse without even getting a soul.
