Royal Swordsman Armor

What is the drop rate of this set? I am really tried of farming for this armor just because I need the leggings. I think I killed soon about 200 of these. "King Vendrick supplied his bravest men with the best armor available to face the great giants, but very few returned alive." That very few returned is so much BS.

Is there anyone that have a spare pair of leggings laying around in the 44k SM range?

I spent hours farming the mastodons at Drangleic and never got the gloves.

They actually droped like 5 min after I made this post. Just my luck huh. At least I got 60 lifegems out of it.

From what I know, Being Hollow (may?) could potentially add more to the unique drop chances of the Royal Swordsman Set, however, I also did get the Leggings in a random summoning of myself to help someone with the Ruin Sentinels, with that horde of Swordsmen just after the door? I recommend staying around there and either:

A: Have ally summons to help you as you go from Bonfire A to Bonfire B as you cut through the Swordsmen hordes (provided you have killed the Sentinels yet)

B: Place a soapstone and be summoned to both help someone in their Ruin Sentinels run OR to help them do the same thing as option A, and collect tons of the armor pieces as you go.

I managed to get the leggings in the Bastille so far, out of around 9-10 runs through that Bonfire A to B. Wish you luck getting it, because I am too.

Not sure why you attempt to resurrect something I posted over 2 years ago. Also no, being hollow does not affect drop rate. I never had any issue with actually killing those enemies so there is no need for a summon, it is also rude to summon someone to just help farm. You just have to grind it.
