If Steam didn't give the achievement (because it was in offline-mode or community server-issue) you could easely re-trigger them w/o having to use SAM.

For example, if Felkin would still have a copy of a hex like Dark Orb, you could've just put all your copies of "Dark Orb" in your item box, made sure the only hex you are missing in your inventory is Dark Orb and then just buy it from Felkin. That should then trigger "Master of Hexes".

Stuff, like Gesture Maestro or holder of the Fort are way more a pita to re-trigger and basically require a new playthrough...or SAM.

Really the issue here that Steam does not have offline-mode achievements that then get synced with your profile when online again and i have no idea why. PS has offline trophies.

I literally tried buying dark orb from felkin again. I counted MANY times and I have all 23 hexes including the DLC ones. I also checked and im not in offline mode. This is just something that happens with steam. 30% chance an achievement will never activate, which is why SAM exists in the first place.

The sorcery achievement worked tho...
