1) Grind. Kill a lot of enemies. who drop medals, with item drop boost
2) Use white chalk on first bonfire on Iron Keep

I farm 14 sunlight medals on first bonfire on Iron Keep after steam sale, but I come here with low soul memory and lose ~10-15 times like phantom because of host/my own mistakes

i join the covenent of champoins so the the enemies can respawn concently,i killed more than 50 sun solders and i didnt get any medel..

Do you use coin and eqyipment with item drop boost? It's really rare

Rush for agape ring, head to Heide's tower make him fall in the water then head over to Wharf. Kill Sentry to get the bonefire after taking a boat ride across the water. Go kill The Last Giant for the key to head up to the Pursuer boss room. Use ballista to kill him faster if you can manage it as long as it dies. After killing it keep going and use the nest to head to Tower Apart. From the bonefire follow the path past the broken wall bit grab the large titanite, back track a bit and kill the crossbow soldier. Use the barrel to kill the dogs below then head through the door for the chest with a branch in it.

After that run back into the room with the dogs and up the ladder, kill the dude up there then head to Lucatiel. Grab the chest next to her and homeward bone back to the bonefire to teleport to the bonefire after Sentry boss. Use the Antiquated key to shortcut to an elevator that will take you up to Straid, use a branch on him for the Agape Ring. Afterwards with agape ring on start heading towards the Sunlight covenant and join it. Then just go to which ever area is highlighted to be summoned.

On that note, ask people if they wanna join you for a playthrough and join the Sunlight covenant when yall reach it. Anything but farming it because that gets painfully boring after some time put into it.

He probably wants it on his current character.
