Not if i play offline
>____> I just read that DS2 has like 90 new mechanics while only 10% of them to be actually good.
And idk what you even mean by "roll spamming" or how thats even relevant to the topic at hand.
Same response.
>____> I just read that DS2 has like 90 new mechanics while only 10% of them to be actually good so i was curious as to what mods i should use to make the game feel/play better.
Still. Idk what this has to do with asking the community for mod recommendations
genuinely curious
I haven't played it at all actually. I have it installed rn and after my DS1 run im currently playing then ima play DS2. I just dont like wasting my time so rather then going through an experience that virtually everyone has said has its issues, i would like to know what those issues are and find the right mods to fix them.
No need to gatekeep or be a brat because im "offending" you by wanting to change the game.
EDIT : Sorry, you weren't being the brat the guy above you with the "roll spamming" snark
I do suggest you give it a shot yourself,as it is. you might find it's not as bad as people claim, just more punishing.
How about the mod i posted in the title?
only things that make that mod more like the other games is faster estus animation and invincibility frames, both can be improved with adaptability quite early into the game.
Adaptability is a new skill, right? And cant i turn off online through the files some how? Im sure theirs a way to mod DS2 while making the game launch in offline mode so you dont get a ban, right or no?
And aren't alot of the bosses in the game (granted their are alot more in DS2) really, and i mean REALLY easy? The mod i liked fixes empty area's, the plot holes in the lore, makes the UI look more like DS1 (even though i kinda like DS2's better) and it removes adaptability which will never been seen again after DS2 so i dont see a big enough reason to not mod it out.
