Second dragon ring
Why Tark doesn't give it anymore? How do we get it? Do we have to kill him?

You need to kill the scoprionness together with him.

I did :D, but he still doesn't give the ring. (It's the second playthrough on SOTFS he does that)

Oh, my bad, I mixed it up. I htink you also need to kill Freja and then talk to him again. Alternatively, you could just kill Tark, I think he'll drop the ring (but I'm not certain about that).

Killing him is supposed to drop the ring (according to the wiki), but I didn't tested

I'd done it multiple times. Killing him drops the ring.

Exhaust his dialogue. He now has 2 that give items after killing Scorpion lady. I have it on plain-ol' NG, and I'm pretty sure that's how.

You need to kill the duke in Tseldora, in order for him to give you the ring. You only get a branch of Yore and another item after defeating Najka

You don't have to summon him for Scorpioness to give you the ring. After defeating Scorpioness and Freja, talk to him and he should give you the ring. Just did the same thing yesterday.

Ok, my bad, I didn't kill Duke yet. I confused with Freja.

Yeah... but no, the duke is the crazy nuts hollow that is on the room(looks like a library I guess?) right after you kill the Freja, you know the one, its just before the bonfire and he actually drops a key for a room a way before the boss.
