Drop rate on blacksteel katana?

Wearing all prisoners gear using luck coin, getting armor drops, but no katana's any ideas?

I think I have one and do not use them. I would give it to you, if I can somehow. Hopefully one day sb does this for me as well, as I would love to RP with 2 Avelyns without going into NG+ as I am already having a tough time on my first playthrough :D

What SM are you at? Maybe I can leave it on the ground for you or sth like that...

Just checked. I got 1.

I should be around 1.000.000 SM and just arrived at Iron Keep ( I know, that's bad, but it's my first time DS2 and I am not used to play with controlers ...so... forgive me :D)

I have two, they dropped fairly quick(just 1 or 2 runs while clearing iron keep) and i wasn't wearing any item discovery stuff, they always seem to drop when i don't care to use them.

Well, due to dying to the boss and some stupid platform mistakes I now have 4 of those swords, can give you 2 and maybe a complete allorne knight set on top :D

im at about 1million myself at this point, wiped every knight in the entire keep. no sword. lol.

Crunching Caturiges Joga's numbers the Blacksteel Katana is only 9 dps more than the Manslayer and that is before considering that Manslayer gives innate poisoning. Then the Falchion beats them both in DPS(17) and DPH(16) and has innate bleeding.

You have to use the Steal command and equip the Thief's Glove in order to get a Blacksteel Katana.

I hear him talking a lot about the rapier, i just hate the attack sets they have, only good when trying to keep range in pvp, I really enjoyed the warp sword, but seeing that the falcion has a higher attack dmg is sick.

I'm thinking though for stupid pvp, manslayer in left hand and +10 falcion in mh with a poison buff, for the ultimate piss off effect, all you gotta worry about at that point is getting parried.

Try the Atma Weapon, I hear it's pretty OP at max HP.
