I need help, Demon of song frog thingy please

I am placing my sign ont he floor and being summoned left right and center, but I do not see any summon signs except Felicia the brave. The area before is clear, plese I need help.

I can not damage the boss with either weapon, im aiming for the skull, with and without lock on.
Please help me.

I know this, but there is nobody to summon, I put my sign down to see if there was any activity in the area and I get summoned immediately every time I put my sign down.

Not sure what your soul memory is, but it may be too high for those who do leave their signs. That, or you have the Human Effigy effect active.

That boss is easy man, my first blind playthrough of ds2 scholar and beatem him alone on my first attempt without even getting hit once! Just keep your shield up and stay close to his face, when he's about to do this attacks go back as far as u can until he finishes them and just whack his face off.

no, you don't understand. I did not say I do not know how to defeat him, I said even when I hit him in the face or the arms, I do no damage at all. Yet the people I have been summoned by hit him really hard using similar weapons hitting him in the same place as me...

I could go as far as saying it is a bug in the game, but other people are not having trouble. I don't know what is wrong, it is just not working when I hit him, in my game and in other people's games.

What weapon are you using and whats your attack/damage?

That's the way this boss works. You have to wait for an opening... Just stand directly in front of him. he'll try to punch or grab you. just roll backwards. then run towards his face and smack him with your weapon. dont even bother about blocking, go 2H.

Archer: I know how to kill the boss, I have stated this twice already, I've been summoned to other worlds and helped kill it, I have seen Youtube videos to find out what I was doing wrong, and the answer it nothing. It just takes no damage.

This is kinda weird, I guess it's a problem with your game. Try backuping your savefiles and reinstall it.

It is not a Poison Greatsword, it is a Poison Drangleic Sword, if the Drangleic sword is a greatsword then apologies, I didn't know.

My SM is 1.8Million.
