how can you fight invisible enemies from shaded ruins?

i'm 600k SM but this zone is so ♥♥♥♥♥ hard, i can't even see the enemies!

Look carefully and try to use sweeping attacks. Once you land a hit, the lifebar will be a definitive tell of their location.

Alternatively, just avoid them.

An easy way to see them that I use (I have a monitor with multiple colour scheme presets that I can set) is to turn your contrast way way up. You can see them a lot easier that way. It helps if you have experience fighting enemies without lockon. I recommend using a weapon that has a wide swing radius, it's much easier that way. Trying to fight those guys with something like a Rapier is rather difficult.

Or you could get the Eye from the Eleum Loyce DLC, it'll turn them visible.

Use broad horizontal sweeping attacks to kill them, and fight them one by one and they won't be much of a problem.

If not, then go to the DLC area of the Ivory King and there's an item there that would make everything invisible... visible, for good.
