Heide Knight Iron Mask
I was under the assumption that this helmet was a guaranteed drop fromt the Heide knight in the Gutter. After killing him once and realizing that wasn't the case I used an ascetic since he doesnt respawn, again he didnt drop it 2 more times after, both of those time i had gear on for better drops. How can I get the helmet? Should i just join the Champions covenant and farm him?

It is a guaranteed drop, but only the first time you kill him.
