You can only buy it from the Hex-Merchant Felkin in Huntsman's Copse.
It requires tons of souls to repair it anyways so use another ring, it's 14k souls now.

there's also a ring of souls protection in the gutter

Well, you could put in any ring there, doesn't matter much. Useful is sth like Lifering.
You can also put on the Ring of Lifeprotection after you died, your bloodstain won't disappear if you have this ring equipped and die on the way to your bloodstain again

Also Vengarl sells one ring of protection, but different kind, because also protect against curse

No, i you were right, he doesn't sell the ring in soft i got the ring from the gutter, the weird thing is that i have 3 of them but i never used those ring, so i'm kinda lost right now

No, i you were right, he doesn't sell the ring in soft i got the ring from the gutter, the weird thing is that i have 3 of them but i never used those ring, so i'm kinda lost right now

Well, the rings don't disappear from your inventory like in dks1 - you can repair them for 14,000 souls
