Best weapon with the highest lightning damage to infuse with sunlight blade?

The Heide weapons are good candidates. I've been rocking a lightning-infused Heide Knight Sword on my faith character and Sunlight Blade has been a major boon.

Throne defender used to be good, not sure if it's stilll good now.

it is still good. people hear that its nerfed and went like "omg its garbage now". It is still one of the best choice for faith build, not as powerful as before, but acceptable.
Also the thorned greatsword is sexy af. And it shoots lightning.

More advice for you: Heide Weapons have always been very good, and the R2s on the straight sword make me cry.

Defender's doesn't have the power of a nuke anymore, which is why people stopped using it, but it still hits very hard for what it is. You can't buff it with regular buffs though, as it has an L2 which applies a self-buff instead.

Dragonslayer's Crescent Axe is a hidden gem as well, good damage for what it is and very quick to boot.

Dragonslayer cresent axe is good but I dislike the moveset... the first r1 always has to hit the fking floor... somehow it annoys me a lot

Thorned Greatsword is pretty good with lightning, together with the lightning clutch ring you dont even need a ring of blades to deal good damage with it
