i missed engraved gauntlet and achievement question

i just finished my first playthrough yesterday and apparently i missed the event where i have to either kill creighton or pate and didnt get the key
is the only option to go to ng+ ? or can somebody drop it off for me
plus im trying to get all the achievements and i got all the achievements except sorcery, miracle, pyro, and hexes.
is it possible to get all of them on first playthrough or do i have to go to ng+ to get some of them because i wanna get all the spells before ng+ if i can

Either someone drops it for you or NG+.

And you need to beat the game 3 times on a single character to unlock all achievements or waste endless hours with online.

Try going back to all the Creighton and Pate encounters and see if you can find one of them still there. I know I've sometimes missed Creighton in the Shaded Ruins because I hadn't encountered him in Huntsman's Copse first. On my last play through I realized this when I got to Brightstone. I went back to the Shaded Ruins, talked to him, returned to Brightstone, and there he was.

i know i missed the event there bc i saw them fight each other but i didnt know they were them and only realised that was the event after i searched up how to get engraved gauntlets :( thought it was just random mobs hostile to each other lol

In that case you'll just have to wait till you find them in NG+. Don't worry though, if you've got a solid build NG+ won't really be all that hard. Just make sure to talk to both of them at every point. Then when you get to the fight kill one of them.

And OP, ALWAYS help either Pate or Creighton.

If you just watch, you get nothing. I did that once and got pissed lol.

yea i wasted 1k hours on ds3 so the hardest part of the game for me was finding paths and most boss fights were relatively easy just was wondering if i had to go ng+ to get this thing or if there were other ways

oh and do npcs revive if i go ng+ bc i killed pate when he was alone after i realised that he killed creighton wondering if he will give the key and nothing happened

Yeah, same here. It seems Pate always wins. He's slow but stunlocks.

Later on (about 2 hours in game time or something) a tombstone of Pate will show up in the place where you killed him. Pray (give souls) in front of it and you can talk with his ghost. Nothing useful though.
