Black Gulch Woodland Child Victor invader respawns?

Seriously, does this dude respawn or not? Pretty sure I killed him twice but he keeps coming back whenever I get close to the fog gate

There's 2 of these wood guys, but they shouldn't respawn after being killed. Forlorn invades there, too, maybe you confused them.

there are 2 of them. after second area is empty from invasion (forlorn may be here too).

Hmm maybe I killed the Forlorn instead...Or the other guy.

Will try killing him again and see what happens

A good way to figure out which of the two Woodland Child NPCS is fighting you is to base it on where you were then they showed up. Woodland Child Gully shows up soon after you enter t.he second oil pool area. Woodland Child Victor doesn't show up until after you get closer to the boss's fog gate. As for Forlorn, he's carrying a big scythe, and he can show up much earlier.
