After doing some more testing. I've got a updated build for my previous guide.
You need to wear the "Red tearstone ring" for the maximum damage because it works great with a chaos blade, for each hit to a enemy you will deal an a amount of damage to your self, This ring works great with it because after 30% health you will get a buff that will add extra 20% damage to your attacks means you will be able to hit even higher amounts of damage.
You use 50 dex because the grade of scaling of the weapon in dex section is S
You use 30 int and 30 faith because of the dark scaling of the weapon with infusion.
this will add extra damage to your chaos blade.
12 str required to use the wield the weapon.

If you want to shrek even more noobs
Use a hex spell called "Dark weapon" that you buy from Felkin, in huntsman's copse. near the first bonefire for 2,700 souls.
You need to have a staff equiped to be able to enchant your weapon
This spell will give the following buffs:
Adding 50 dark damage then multiplying the total dark by 1.3X
Basically enemies going to pray for a quick death. mercy pls.

Dex:50
INT:30
Faith:30
ATT:10 ( Optional)
STR:12
Dark Chaos Blade+5
Red Tearstone Ring


You will deal about 500 - 730 per normal attack

If your health will go bellow 30% while wearing the red tearstone ring you will deal between

Normal attacks: 600 - 876

Enjoy destroying scrubs at pvp.

So you are one of those try hard people using cheap and unbalanced weapons which ruins the game by making it almost impossible to make a fun, interesting and creative build and win with it. Just go full havel as well.

You should lower your DEX to 15 to save stats. It won't affect the damage

And you`ll end up with like 20 VIG. Someone else will also die in 2-3 hits, but from longsword.

Also add a jesters robe to this , engraved gauntlets just so that sometimes you could deal upwards to 1500 damage , havel leggings and helmet and you ll get your creative and originall build completed
