Twin Pursuers
I have no idea where I get to fight the twin pursuers. All I know is they spawn in or near the throne room in Drangleic Castle... I don't know if it means the throne room where Nashandra first speaks to you or the Throne of Want. I really hate how vague a lot of the wikis are on their location.

when u enter the castle up the stair where the chancellor wellager , thts the throne room

You also have to be in NG+, iirc.

Nope, only bonfire intensity of 2 or above is required. Ascetics work.
